Frenquently asked questions

I am a business owner, and some of my employees don’t speak French. Can I enroll them?

Yes! With their consent, you can register your employees by filling out the interest form. A program advisor will contact you to complete the process.

My business is not located in one of the four covered regions. Can I still participate?

Currently, the program is available only in Outaouais, Estrie, Montérégie, and Capitale-Nationale. We recommend contacting Francisation Québec or your local chamber of commerce to explore other programs in your region.

I am a business owner or shareholder. Can I take the training?

This program is exclusively for allophone and anglophone employees of eligible businesses. If you are a business leader, we suggest exploring training opportunities through Francisation Québec.

I want to enroll an employee without affecting their productivity. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Courses are offered online during the day or in the evening, allowing employees to balance work and training without affecting their performance.
